Maybe you will consider updating this suggestion in the next update:
There is no price settings for Children in Rental services, which means Children are treated as adults (on price meter).
BUT, when I add rental with 4 beds, and set a rental for MAX 2 adults & 2 children, visitor which look for a vacation rental for 4 adults, or 3 adults + 1 children, 1 adult +3 children… (or any other combination)
will not see this rental in search results
You need to adjust SERCH/LIST algorithm, or even better, to change No. of CHILDREN to No. of ROOM

I know that this function is not supported :)
But if you carefully read the scenarios above you will see that search results for Rentals are not accurate, You should:
- at least completely remove No of Children from Rental
or
- adjust search algorithm for Rentals
or
- Just change the word (& icon) Children with Rooms
