There may be option of b2c and b2b customer.

b2c can see the regular prices and book the tours, activities hotel, etc although b2b partner can see the lower price only when they are login as a b2b partner which is verified by the us.

There is option to singup as partner but i m not how its works. because there is no option for admin to add the seperate price for b2c and b2b customers

So, there may be seperate option for adding b2b and b2c rates.
